A Rainy Night, But Spirits Were Bright: Northeast Middle Welcomes Incoming Sixth Graders
Despite the rain falling steadily throughout the evening, the Northeast Middle School community showed up in record numbers for our annual Fifth Grade Transition Event Night! Families packed the halls with energy, excitement, and umbrellas in hand as they got their first real glimpse into life at Northeast.
From meeting future teachers and touring classrooms to learning more about extracurricular opportunities, students and their families dove right into what makes our school so special. Staff members were on hand to answer questions, share resources, and ensure every visitor felt warmly welcomed.
The weather may have been dreary, but the enthusiasm and support from our incoming sixth grade families made the night a huge success. We’re incredibly proud of the turnout and grateful to our staff, volunteers, and students who helped create such a memorable experience.
Here’s to a strong start and an even stronger school year ahead—welcome to Northeast Middle School!
